The finer points and small print

Returns

Please get in contact at the earliest opportunity to let us know you wish to return any goods.

Collection pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn. The customer will be charged for any additional postage incurred.

Return of goods deemed faulty through manufacture error or material failure will be refunded in full, including postage. Please note that goods are not deemed faulty if damage has occurred through ‘reasonable wear and tear’.

Refunds will be processed via the same medium you paid within 2 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Bespoke or customised jewellery cannot be refunded or returned, but if you change your mind after you have given the go-ahead we will endeavour to return any unused/refundable materials to suppliers and you will only be charged for non-returnable materials and design/making time which has been undertaken before you instructed the project to be halted.

Prices

Prices shown on the product pages are correct on the date the customer places the order, include VAT and are in UK Pound Sterling. Prices may change due to factors including fluctuations in raw material costs.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change or refunds will be given. Any balance remaining on a Gift Card may be applied to future purchases. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with other Promotional Codes. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.

The entire content of this website, including all trademarks, jewellery designs, photographs and text, is the intellectual property of Karlin Anderson Jewellery Design. Any reproduction without prior written agreement is strictly prohibited.

We may collect information about you when you use our website and services, for example, when you contact us about products and services. The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, phone number, and purchase history. We use this data to process your orders, answer your enquiries, engage you in our design and manufacture services and/or send you email notifications and newsletters. All personal data is stored on secure, password-protected servers.

We collect anonymous information regarding what pages visitors have accessed on our website via Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics.

Credit card and online payment data is held and processed by our Payment Service Providers.
